Common Questions
I'm locked out of my account. What do I do now?
The most common reason why you may be locked out, is for entering an incorrect password more than 5 times. The lockout lasts for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, you can attempt to log in again. Passwords are case-sensitive, so check that you have not accidentally turned on Caps-Lock. If this next attempt also fails, you need to create a new password. Go to the Lost Password page, enter your Username or email address, and click Get New Password. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

What is a good size for our logo image?
A good size to use is 600 pixels wide by 400 pixels high. If your image is a different size, use one that is at least 400 pixels high, with a width-to-height ratio of 3:2. For best results, ensure that there is some space between the edges of the logo and the edges of your image. For the best display quality, use the PNG image format for logos. The JPG format is best for photos.
